All refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Any return requests submitted outside this 14-day window will not be accepted—no exceptions.
Return Request Requirements:
- Customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging for reference.
- A reason for the return must be stated.
- Items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and must use a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Restocking Fees:
- Returns due to preference changes (e.g., changed mind, no longer needed) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns due to product issues (e.g., defective or damaged items) will not incur a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Any requests submitted outside this 14-day window will not be accepted—no exceptions.
Exchange Process:
- Exchanges are processed as returns. Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be issued, and customers may place a new order for the preferred item.
- Customers may also choose to place a new order in advance to avoid delays.
- Items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and must use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered exchanges.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- If the 24-hour window has passed but the order has not yet shipped, we may attempt to cancel it, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
- If the order has already shipped, the cancellation request must be handled as a return, following our return policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier upon shipment. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Refunds
