Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Timeframes & Methods
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping Rates

International Shipping
- We currently do ship internationally.
- For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to reflect movement.
- If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for returning and reshipping fees.
- If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately—we will attempt to update it before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Once an order is shipped, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members.
- Waiting 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual delivery.
- Contacting the carrier to investigate further.
Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Claims for damaged shipments must include photos of the packaging and damaged items.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, changes are not guaranteed and depend on the order’s processing status.
Holidays & Peak Season Delays
During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
